Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you browse or buy from HomegroundBooks.co.za. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the store policies shown at checkout.

Products

Homeground Books sells digital books, study guides, and related digital products unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Product images may be mockups used to show the cover design. Digital products are supplied as downloadable files and no physical delivery is included unless stated on the product page.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand. Orders are processed after successful payment. We may cancel or refund an order if payment fails, a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, or fraud or misuse is suspected.

Delivery of digital products

After payment is confirmed, the download link is provided on the order confirmation page and/or by email to the address used at checkout. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you do not see the email. Customers are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout.

Cancellations

You may ask to cancel an order before the digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or fulfilled. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, cancellation is not normally available unless required by law or approved by Homeground Books.

Refunds

Because digital products cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all digital product sales are generally final once the file has been accessed or downloaded. We may offer a refund or replacement if you bought the same product twice by mistake, the wrong product was supplied, or a technical issue on our side prevents access to the purchased file and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time.

Use of digital products

Digital products are for the buyer's personal use only. You may not resell, upload, share, copy, distribute, or make the files publicly available without written permission from Homeground Books.

Customer support

If there is a problem with your order or download, contact Homeground Books with your name, order number, and the email address used at checkout. We will help with reasonable access issues and order queries.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms published on the website at the time of purchase apply to that order.
