Delivery policy

Digital delivery

Homeground Books primarily sells digital products. Digital products are delivered electronically and no physical shipping is required unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

How delivery works

After payment is confirmed, the download link is made available on the order confirmation page and/or sent by email to the address used at checkout. Delivery is usually immediate, but email delivery may take a few minutes depending on payment confirmation, email filtering, and internet service providers.

If you do not receive the email

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders. Also confirm that the email address used at checkout was typed correctly. If you still cannot access the file, contact Homeground Books with your order number and checkout email address so that we can assist.

Physical delivery

If Homeground Books offers a physical product in future, the product page will state the applicable delivery method, delivery area, costs, and estimated timing. Digital products do not include courier or postal delivery.
